EU economy greenhouse gas emissions dropped in Q1 2024

In the first quarter of 2024, EU economy greenhouse gas emissions decreased by 4.0% compared to the same period in 2023, while GDP remained stable with moderate growth. These data come from quarterly emission estimates for individual economic activities, published by Eurostat.
