Paks nuclear plant will be allowed to exceed Danube water temperature limit

The nuclear power plant uses Danube water to cool its operation. Under current rules, the river is not allowed to receive water if its temperature exceeds 30 degrees Celsius, which can limit the power plant's output in some situations.
