Europe's electrolyser manufacturers may be impacted by the decisions of US law makers they have little influence on. Electrolysers, which turn water into hydrogen, are considered a cornerstone of a future net-zero world. The International Energy Agency projects that US, Chinese and European manufacturers will dominate the world market by 2030.
