Czech energy regulator demands a contract termination date to be stated on energy bills

The Czech Energy Regulatory Office has issued a new directive, effective from January 1 next year. From then on, energy bills will have to contain information about when a customer can terminate the contract with their energy supplier. This will help a lot of consumers to avoid substantial fees caused by breaching the terms of the contract by terminating their contract too soon.
