The new brochure of the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) programme is available for download on the European Commission website. It was prepared by the European Commission’s INEA agency (Innovation and Networks Executive Agency). The CEF programme launched in 2014 defines rules for the financing and implementation of European projects in the area of energy, transport and telecommunication networks. The new brochure focuses on development projects in energy infrastructure.
