South Korean APR-1400 reactors

Korea Electric Power Company (Kepco) has designed the 1340 MWe APR-1400 pressurised water reactor (PWR) which surpasses the standardised 995 MWe OPR-1400 design. South Korea has built twelve OPR-1400-type reactors. Thanks to  combined experience and technological development, the APR-1400 features improvements in operation, safety, maintenance and affordability.
