The Czech Republic and Slovenia failed to properly ensure the display of building energy performance certificates

According to the European Commission (EC), the Czech Republic and Slovenia have failed to comply with the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (Directive 2010/31/EU). The EC has, therefore, decided to refer the case to the Court of Justice of the EU.
