Cold hydrostatic testing has been completed in unit 3 of the Mochovce nuclear power plant. During cold tests, technicians check whether the important safety components and systems are properly installed. They check the tightness and sealing of the primary circuit including pressure vessels, the pipelines and valves of both the nuclear and conventional islands, and clean the main circulation pipes.
