Russia and Saudi Arabia plan to stabilize oil prices

According to Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak, there is a solid foundation for cooperation between members of the oil cartel OPEC (Organization of Petroleum Producing Countries) and other producers. According to Saudi Energy Minister Khaled al-Faleh, there is a consensus forming among oil producers to extend cooperation on a long-term basis.
