During the first half of this year, 212 190 consumers changed their electricity supplier and 116 495 consumers switched their gas supplier in the Czech Republic. Czech businesses and household are trying to lower their energy bills this way.
The updated data have been provided by the Czech electricity and gas market operator (OTE). In the first half of last year, 216 000 consumers changed their electricity supplier and 105 000 consumers changed their gas suppliers. We can see a drop in electricity supplier changes.
