Russia and Saudi Arabia have agreed on the oil price stabilization

Energy ministers of Russia and Saudi Arabia announced after the G20 summit in China that their countries had agreed on cooperation in order to increase the oil prices. Both countries will establish a joint commission which will evaluate the oil market status and recommend political measures to stabilize the oil price.
