The Energy Regulatory Office published the audit results

The Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) has published results of the audit called “Audit of the purchasing price determination process of photovoltaic energy”, which was commissioned in order to verify the correctness of the ERO procedure of determination of purchasing price calculation for electricity from photovoltaic sources from January 1, 2005 to December 31, 2011.

Based on the ERO request, the BDO Audit Ltd. verified, whether:

- The ERO could influence the final level of purchasing price in the audited period;

- There was any failure of the ERO, individual or any authority or the system during the process of determination of purchasing price of photovoltaic energy;

- The internal systems and processes of the ERO related directly or indirectly to the determination of purchasing price support of electricity from solar radiation in the audited period were and currently are in compliance with the internal rules of the ERO and external rules applicable to the ERO;

- The calculations performed by the ERO in the given period related directly or indirectly to the determination of purchasing price support of electricity from solar radiation in the audited period were and currently are in compliance with the internal rules of the ERO and external rules applicable to the ERO;

- The ERO had and has an established proper management and administration process of purchasing price determination of electricity from solar radiation;

- The ERO behaved as a “proper administrator” during the purchasing price support determination process in the audited period, or whether it has neglected its legal or other duties.
