The Energy Regulatory Office has recently informed the public about the results of audits that examined the state at the Office before the new management took up office. Elaboration of audits was requested by the Office chairperson in the fall of 2011.
The audits have indicated possible errors of some former employees of the Office. The Office has immediately taken measures leading to the remedy of errors found. Further, audit results have been legally examined. The Energy Regulatory Office has done its legal duty and contacted the States Attorney's Office.
