 The Flexens company plans to build a new 300-megawatt hydrogen production plant in the Finnish port town of Kokkola. The €500 million plant is to be completed by 2027. Kokkola is a city on Finland’s west coast with large chemical plants and wind energy farms in the neighbourhood.
